Expanded the Executive Roles and Structure document to version 5, clarified reporting lines, and improved readability.
Prepared the officer report and compiled the agenda for the September 6 meeting.
Researched and drafted Code of Conduct clause options to support the Secretary's work on the Code.
Rebuilt the organizational roadmap around dependency-based phases (Foundation, Stabilization, Build-Out, Scale) rather than fixed timelines, and refreshed it in October.
Updated the six-week executive progress report through September 13.
Archived the Bylaws and established a Bylaws Version Register so that every change is documented.
Prepared proposed Bylaw clean-up items for Executive Committee discussion on October 11, with a vote at a subsequent bylaw convention.
Drafted a Data Retention Policy, which is awaiting Executive Committee review.
Established an internal glossary, a File-Naming and Folder-Organization SOP, and a documentation style standard.
Drafted a platform plan for moving the public site to WordPress. Until then, Google Sites hosts both internal and public publications.
Compiled the 527 filing and reporting documentation and state registration research for the Executive Committee.
Completed a technology stack gap analysis with a prioritized completion list.
Moved organization email to Google Workspace with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) configured.
Upgraded Google Workspace from Business Standard to Business Plus, with seats for all seven officers, and created role-based officer email addresses.
Adopted a shared password manager (Bitwarden Enterprise) for all seven officers.
Required two-step verification organization-wide beginning September 19, with a two-week enrollment window for new accounts. Officers may use passkeys or an approved authenticator app.
Published the Digital Access Onboarding SOP (version 3.2). Officers are currently completing onboarding, and we will refine the SOP based on that experience.
Confirmed records retention across Gmail, Chat, Drive, and other Workspace data, and enabled permanent chat history.
Evaluated Discord security and moderation tools and documented an OBS and Discord recording procedure for interviews.
Created a software directory.
Next: move toward single sign-on (SSO) as the organization grows, for better access, accountability, and security.
Applied the NBMP branding guide across organizational documents.
Presented twelve brand-direction options to the executive team for comparison.
Began work on the Oregon logo, which is about one-third complete so far.
Began documenting the video workflow: Kapwing for short-form content (Seth) and DaVinci Resolve for longer-form content (Robby). Documentation and exploration of both tools are still in progress, and standard operating procedures will follow.
Developed a social media plan that starts with Google Sheets and manual methods. Moving to Buffer will follow once regular content production supports it.
Opened content brainstorming sessions to all members, held biweekly at Sunday meetings.
Planned "The Bull Pen" content strategy, including an Idea Bank and a Content Pipeline.
Drafted a human-review and release practice so that every draft is reviewed by a person before release.
Improved expense tracking through a living Finance Tracker and an executive spending report that replaced earlier scattered records.
Developed contractor rate benchmarking sheets for graphic design and video editing (Ohio, Oregon, and Florida).
Created intake and scope forms for graphic design and video editing requests.
